1. Shipping and Delivery

Is shipping free?

Yes, Feerken offers free standard shipping to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom with no minimum order value required.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time includes a 1–2 day processing window plus transit time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship exclusively to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full instructions.

What if I receive a defective item?

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours. Eligible issues reported within 30 days will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

How can I request an exchange?

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. For all other cases (such as preference changes), please return the product for a refund and place a new order.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

3. Orders and Products

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow the standard return process once the package arrives.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes, all items are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Feerken operates exclusively online. This allows us to offer a wider selection of home décor items and maintain competitive pricing.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, we can support larger or bulk orders. Please contact our support team with details about your request for a quote.
